• Ensure timely payments as per invoicing terms.

 4. Payment Terms

• Fees are billed as per the agreed-upon terms in the service agreement.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

• PPC.co retains ownership of proprietary strategies, methodologies, and software tools used during service delivery.
• Clients retain ownership of their PPC accounts and assets.

6. Confidentiality

parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

PPC.co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Clients remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

9. Changes to Terms

PPC.co reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
