How our pricing works

Three rules, and they hold for every account we run.

01

One flat monthly fee

You're quoted a fixed management fee up front. It doesn't move when your account scales, so a good month never costs you more to manage.

02

No percentage of ad spend

Spend-based fees pay an agency to spend more. Ours doesn't, which keeps the incentive where it belongs — on return, not on budget.

03

Minimum ad spend, not a minimum contract

Managed accounts need enough spend for the data to be meaningful. Below that threshold, a one-time audit gets you further than retainer management.

Why the fee structure matters

How an agency charges you shapes what it optimizes for. Here's the honest comparison.

What the management fee covers

Every managed account gets the full scope — not a stripped-down tier that unlocks the useful work at a higher price point.

Ad spend itself is paid directly to the platforms and stays in accounts you own.

  • Campaign build and account structure
  • Keyword research and negative keyword sculpting
  • Ad copywriting and creative iteration
  • Ongoing A/B testing
  • Conversion tracking implementation
  • Advanced audience targeting
  • Landing page insights and recommendations
  • Analytics integration and dashboarding
  • A dedicated account manager
  • Monthly reporting and strategy review

Every engagement begins the same way

Whether it's search or social, two things happen before a single campaign goes live.

01

A comprehensive PPC audit

Before we touch a budget, we tear down the existing account — structure, targeting, tracking, wasted spend, and the gap between what's being measured and what actually drives revenue.

02

Full setup and integration

Conversion tracking, analytics, and platform integrations get built properly, once. Everything downstream depends on measurement being right.

The audit and the setup are one-time upfront costs, quoted alongside your monthly fee — not discovered after you sign.

// optional

Add-on services

Useful for some accounts, unnecessary for others. Priced separately so you only pay for what you actually use.

Landing page design

Purpose-built pages for the campaigns that need them, rather than pointing paid traffic at a homepage.

Quoted per page

Advanced analytics dashboard

A reporting layer that ties ad platform data to pipeline and revenue, not just clicks and impressions.

One-time build

Competitor analysis report

Where your competitors bid, what they say, what they spend, and the gaps worth taking.

Pricing questions

01How much does PPC management cost?
It depends on account size, channel count, and complexity — which is why we quote rather than publish a rate card. What doesn't change is the shape of the deal: a flat monthly management fee, agreed before we start, that stays the same as your account grows. Tell us your monthly ad spend and channels and we'll come back with an exact number.
02Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards an agency for increasing your budget, which is a poor alignment of interests. We charge a flat monthly fee independent of what you spend.
03Is there a minimum ad spend?
Yes. Managed campaigns need enough volume to generate statistically useful data — below a certain spend, optimization becomes guesswork and management fees eat the budget. If you're under the minimum, ask us about a one-time PPC audit instead.
04Are there upfront costs?
Every engagement starts with a comprehensive audit and a complete setup and integration. Both carry one-time upfront costs, quoted alongside your monthly fee so there are no surprises after signing.
05Is the ad spend itself included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, or whichever platform you're running on, and stays in your own accounts. Our management fee is separate and covers the work of running those campaigns.
06Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Paid media compounds — accounts get meaningfully better over months, not weeks — so we ask for enough runway to do the work properly. We'll be explicit about term and notice in your proposal rather than burying it.
07Does the fee change if I add channels?
Adding a channel adds work, so it's reflected when we quote. What it doesn't do is create a moving target: you'll get a revised flat fee, agreed in advance, before anything launches.
